Popular place in embilipitiya for business stay. Hi demand due hotel location and due to lack of hotels. Room maintenance are very poor. Water 🚿 pressure is so low. Bathroom 🚽 has to be improved lot. Bed linen is ok. TV are always broken. AC too not sure. Better to check as soon as you get in. Staff are so helpful when something reported. But very poor preventive maintenance.

What a lovely place right in the Town of Embilipitiya. Also its affordable clean tourist rooms ( luxury rooms ) even the chalets are perfect and also have normal rooms too. Consists of VIP dinning hall as well. Currently apart is been renovated and constructed to serve their best.
