Very Bad service from Nugegoda Branch. They don't know how to treat the customers .I bought my Samsung C 9 pro from them in 2017 march. Still they were unable to give me the back cover. Always covers are finished. Can't recommend this branch to anyone.

Extremely bad after sales service. Bought a air conditioner and even after informing them to send a technician for the service last Friday still haven't send. Already given more than 10 follow up calls and every time say the technician Haitian will be coming today and yet didn't arrive. Asked to give the number of the so called technician and that also they don't send. Pathetic service!
