Food was OK. The atmosphere was weird though: smoking was allowed inside, while people were eating; drunk men bringing their own hard liquor

Not bad food but the atmosphere for me was a bit different.
The plus is that you can bring your own booze. Or at least that's what it looked like people did. And the portions were big for the fried rice.
The minus was that the placed allowed smoking inside and was very small. Fans blow the smoke everywhere and I'm not used to cigarette smoke near my face/food when I eat. The quality of the food was OK but I can't say I'd go back even if it no smoking was allowed.

It took 45 minutes for the dishes to show up. The only good thing we ordered was the salad and noodles. I'm guessing most people don't order the beef or fish which is why it tasted so bad. I might be biased because we have lived in China for five years. Give it a try yourself!

Quality Chinese food for affordable prices in the city of Kandy. Food is Great and the place offers free wifi as well which is very helpful for travelers.
