We were promptly picked up at 4am for our full day safari, we were third in line at the park behind two other Yala Wild Safari jeeps. We spotted six or seven leopards and as many elephants, as well as numerous buffalo, reptiles, birds and deer. Our driver always tried to position us well for sightings, however, this is extremely difficult owing to the amount of jeep's in the park (more than twenty at each sighting). Lunch was fantastic - large and delicious. At the end of the day we also saw a rare sloth bear!

Superb Company to vist Yala Park. They're experts in ingnore the traffic and drive in private areas of the park, which giving feeling wild life. Good Jeeps. Earliest starting company. We saw Leopard and Elephants too in our Leopard Safari.

One of Our Sri Lankan Tour Highlight
I booked a half day safari at the Yala Wild Safaris. It was absolutely amazing. Our driver, who also runs the hotel with his family, got us in early and we saw a leopard within an hour. After seeing elephants too the pressure was off and this was where I really felt the tour excelled, we left the area with other jeeps and drove through utterly beautiful scenery with our knowledgeable driver pointing out many different types of birds plus crocodiles, lizards, jackals, mongoose and more. This second half of the trip felt like we had the place to ourselves. Utterly wonderful. I'm so grateful that I happened upon this tour.response / report this review -

The best photographic adventure in my life. The most honest man we have met in Sri Lanka, I recommend to dach expedition with him :-)
