You will be charged extra for online booking s via Ruhunu hospital website. I was charged Rs 2090 while paying online while actual price was Rs 1940. Also supporting staff nurses behave worse than government sector.

Very disappointed with the channeling system. We was no 04 but they took no07 instead. Also after that took some others and we waited more than 3 hrs to get in. Never again Ruhuna, Queansbary is much much better. This is not the first time. Even in the parking management and security just act like we came to beg here. Very disappointed. Worst experience in a channeling service.
And it’s paid service. We didn’t took anything free.

The cleanliness of the newly built section of Ruhunu hospital is on another level. And the assistance of the hospital crew is highly appreciated. Actually they know how to deal with patients and the way they talked with us, made me very happy. Honestly I should mention that we are extremely proud to have such a hospital in Galle. And I would like to thank the Director of the hospital and each and every person who contributed to build this hospital.

Prompt service and the nurses and staff were friendly and caring. Very good facilities in obtaining reports, etc. Uses modern equipment so imgaery based reports are very fast. Parking available in the premises and on the access road. But portions of the facility is under construction and parking area is limited until constructions complete.

Doctor was supposed to come at 10am and my number was 26. So i arrived around 12 noon only to find the that doctor has arrived 11.30am.There should be an effective communication with patients to to inform about these delays. Otherwise this willbe same as government hospital.

You can consult virtually any specialist in the area here. Not the most spacious hospital you'll find in the area though. It gets pretty crowded in the rush hours. In those hours parking is a nightmare. I can't say that you get what you deserve for the service fees you pay. The management should care more about the parking congession and take nessesary steps to handle the crowds more efficiently. But there's nothing that can't be improved.

They are customer service is good.I went this hospital get a blood report.They told me that you could get report from an one hour and I went after a one hour they gave my report so I think their service is good but I don't know quality about their other services

Bad service.
I just made my appointment with doctor through my brother due to i was unable to do that. They were asking for the receipt when i go there for meet doctor. The receipt with the my brother and i had a photo of the receipt with me. They said it is not enough and i can't meet the doctor if i don't have the receipt. This is very unfair for a hospital since people come from very far to meet doctors the appointments may be made by different people. It is true that we have to do what ever they tell since we must meet doctor to cure our illness. But it is not good to put patient in this kind of situations as this is a hospital. They should really care about customer services.

This is private funded health care facility in Galle. Main focus is on consultation service. Some of the facilities are introducing but lack of patients care and lack of experienced staff is a barrier for enhanced service.
