  Dilini kodithuwaku- we are in this field in 13 years we are doing our job to rent a car proceeder she is know it she get vehicle under sign in our agreement .and our another rent a car rules and etc.but she did'nt care our rent a car rules.to all vehicles are accident our accident proceeder is any accident we are refund their refundable deposit.from insurance company when their covered accidental coverage.and the renfunding their deposit above accident we are using that proceeder before picking the vehicle we will inform our rules.dilini kodithuwaku takes the vehicle from our rent a car for first time .but we have lot of regular customers.first time second time we are doing the same procceder.we are doing our job perfectly.but the customer is first we are satisfied to all customers.perfectly and maintainces our lot of vehicles carefully. we will inform our customer before picking up the car we are firstly telling in any situation firstly inform to us we will get the action for it quickly customer have an responsibility to keep the vehicle carefully

  I wish, I could give no stars. These people are deceiving, unreliable and irresponsible !! You have been warned, don’t go to them !!
  
  I made an advance payment for a Toyota Vitz for a month. But I was given a different car saying there is a technical issue with the Vitz, They reassured that, they will be handing over the Vitz the next day. The car, we were given had worn off tyres and we couldn’t use it for long distance travels. We had to make numerous phone calls back and forth to have the car swapped over to the Vitz, which took them weeks not a day or two !!
  
  We picked up the car on the 25th of Feb and returned it on the 26th March, only for them to deduct 9000 Rs out of our refundable deposit saying it was “ 3 days over a month” !!
  
  While we were using the car we had to claim the insurence company for a damaged side mirror, which wasn’t our fault. The owner suggested that we repair the mirror using our, out of pocket money and he would pay it back to us, when he gets the money from the insurence. It was 34450 Rs in total for repairing the mirror and doing some paint work on the car door.
  
  To this day we haven’t received that 34450 Rs from this owner!!! They don’t pick up or answer for the phone calls, when we ring them to inquire about this. The last time I called the owner to talk about this, he hung up on me !! These people are an absolute disgrace !
