Great location , easy to find , beautiful place. However the rooms are tiny and have no basic facilities such as phone , tea making facilities , tv , mini bar. The food was delicious though !

It's under renovation construction and vast upgrade and expansion. Work is as good as completed by now, March 2017. So for the new surfing season the new hotel should be up & running. With the Bay's only oceanside slimming poodle

Great location and looks great in the photos and when the pool is lit up at night but very over priced and rooms were incredible basic and smelly (drainage issues outside).
There was no daily cleanup unless requested and they only had a very slow Wifi connection which worked only at the restaurant and my phone had to be handed over to one member of staff that knew the code.
By the room being basic, i mean that all of the essentials are missing in the room for the price of the room. Shampoo, space for a bag, hairdryer, wifi, fridge, kettle, safe. There was one cupboard and there were no hangers inside.
Staff is not trained at all and we had very long waiting times for breakfast even when the restaurant was quiet. 5 times out of 6, our order was wrong for the most basic of breakfasts.
The rooms are not sound proof, you hear everything from the neighbour bar till 6am or the local mosk at sunrise at 4 am.
Pool is extremely unhealthy dirty and doesn't get cleaned very often.
It's a shame that Aragon Bay is a lovely place but locals really do not care for high standard service that should be reflected in the prices.
The staff were friendly though but it did not make up for the rest of its faults.response / report this review -
