  This is the largest and high tech Dairy Farm in Sri Lanka with around 3,000 heads and large area of greens for use as fooder. Their is no production of Dairy Products here. They only do the milking and sell to others [eg. Ambewela, Chello, etc]. Milking times are 3.00 am and 3.00 pm daily. Approx. 100 cows are milked at a time. Viewing of milking from a Viewing Gallery is permitted. Entrance is Rs. 50.00 per person. If you are lucky, you will be able to see jus born/day old calves. The operation is run by NLDB with Agri Graduates from Pera Uni and locals from the surrounding villages. Take some time and visit the Farm and get to know its operation. Well maintained, clean and nice environment [ in comparision to Ambewela Farm].
