  we Stayed here in May'18.
  we just loved the place. the rooms were well equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, wardrobe and a dining table.
  Mr.Mohan- the care taker was really helpful.
  
  the location is really close to the beach (not on the beach though).
  
  Tip: there aren't any restaurants around this place. you would need to head a bit into the city. Arafa Hotel, Trincomalee has got some really good food.
