Lovely experience of food and a boat ride. Food is not very hot and perfect for foreign tourists. Overall food is superb

The place is located on the Bentota lake and had a very chilled out vibe. 10 tables spaced out well and a casual pace. The chef even made a dish outside the menu. The prawns tasted good - however ordering the Sri Lankan version had expected it to be spicy. The pricing is a bit expensive but well worth the value for the location and warm hospitality. Do try the local Lion beer

A beautiful small restaurant with really friendly service, good, fresh made food and the special experience to take the diner in the dark on the lake. :-) It was a really lovely evening.

    Most wonderful fish restaurant !
Be sure to order in advance of your visit, fish bought fresh to order and cooked perfectly. Will do vegetarian or chicken if non fish eaters in the party. Again inform in advance, believe me you will not be disappointed .

Beautiful place, good food, great service except for the time it takes to get the food (we waited over 1.5 hours). Book a table as it's often full and only have 6 tables. Also for an unforgettable experience, book the raft table at 5.30. You will get a tour on the river, your table on a raft, seeing the sun set and have animals and plants pointed out by the two guys paddling. It's costs 1.5k extra but definitely worth it!

Expensive, but lovely sunset view, good and unobtrusive music (60ies/70ies Classics) and friendly staff. We haven't made a reservation, but it's advisable to do so. At sunset they have one ponton boat you can reserve so you float on the lake for sunset. Food was very good.

Went for lunch, wonderful location on the lake, best seafood we had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka (garlic prawns, spicy lobster), lovely service. A great find, highly recommended!

This is one of the most magical spots to have dinner. Lovely owners and staff with excellent food and a beautiful atmosphere. Seriously, a gem.
