Why people leave 1-2 stars? This is the main post office of Ratnapura District. They have all post office related services plus communication hub. You have to be little bit smart to get maximum service and priority here. They have packaging materials envelopes fax, banking facilities, Internet and email etc. in the communication hub. If you're planning to send a package, fo not seal it before coming here. Just take your materials and they have some better packing options. You can get a corrugated boc or bubble wrapped envelope as your choice. And it's very cheap compared to other bookshops. If you take something to post with your own packaging, sometimes they're asking to open it to check what's inside. So do not seal your packages till come here. And don't paste addresses. They are always asking to write both addresses on the envelope or box instead of pasting. If you're sending something by air mail, check how to fill customs declaration form before coming here. This place is more useful than you think. You should always have to be smart to het smarter services.

Customer care is very good. They care and support to help people.
