Rathmalana Technical College Higher Education Centre. After O/L's or A/L's best place to go for the higher education free of charge. You can go up to NVQ Level 5 and after that you can apply for a Digree Programme. They have full time and part time programs for the students and workers. If your going to do a full time Digree programe they will pay students for attendance. Also they give free bus fair. People should promote this kind of government technical schools because of free education.
