Clean and we'll maintained room with bathroom, there are mosquito nets available for each bed (needed because there are some)

The rooms are clean and quite spacious. They facilitate peo tv and wi fi routers.The bathrooms are also clean and quite large .Food is excellent they offer both buffet and also we can order food beforehand. Every room also has a table and a chair.

Somehow okay for local tourists. Better place for bunch of friends (boys) . No sound proof rooms . Could felt a kind of bad smells often. Would be okay for those who are looking for a place to stay for a night near the Ampara town. From my personal experience, I do not feel so much secure about the rooms. For large group of people, like campus students who are going on a trip can choose this place for stay, because of the cost.
