Went for a Hairwash and Blowdry on a short notice. Even on their busy day, they got me on time. Kevin did a wonderful job, even better than i wanted and was polite, friendly and very professional. Would highly reccomend.

As a foreigner I was told good things about this salon and was in urgent need of a trim/keratin treatment due to damaged bleached hair. This is exactly what happened.

1.I decided to go to the negombo branch and was told that I was not able to do a keratin treatment as my hair was too dry. I did eventually decide to cut my hair according to the advice I received

2.showed a picture to the manager at the salon. I would also like to say that my hair was already cut in the shape that was in the image so all the hairdresser had to do was trim it as the shape was already there.

3.He said he had to chop it of and I said dont cut it short, showed the length and the picture. Did not listen to my instructions.

4. Once the cut was done to my horror he had made the back extremingly short. He did not even show me the back with a mirror as after I had left the salon someone asked me what on earth I have done to the back of my hair and they took a photo of the result. Please see a comparison of all the pictures. I have spoken to a fair few hairdresses and they all have said there is no need to cut hair as i had just for the keratin treatment I am extremingly dissapointed with the service and professionalism of this place. Please see how the cut of my hair was. What i showed the hairdresser and what I received.

5. The WORST PART is that they are trying to assure me my hair is "extremingly nice".
