Brilliant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. We used the pool and it was well maintained. The food was excellent and everything was reasonably priced. It was not over crowded so we were able to enjoy ourselves without any disturbance. There was ample parking as well. All in all a very good experience

My partner and I had a late flight out and thought it might be good to take an half day room near the airport
Ramada (at least our room) was adequate and clean if a little worn. The rate was reasonable and the accommodation met our needs. Had snacks and drinks in the bar but no meals. Transport to the airport was arranged and went off without a hitch.

Good hotel ruined by poor service. Could be because we landed during newyear when many of the staff was on leave. Good buffet for dinner. No beach view, used only by transit passengers of airlines.

This is by far my worst hotel experience. Was put here by an airline due to ticket issues so I am glad I didn't have to pay. The restaurant is beyond horrible. We reached at an odd hour, after lunch buffet was closed and they took an hour and a half to deliver our a la carte orders. The rooms are shabby and not appealing. dinner at the aforementioned restaurant was in prison style. One plate with set portions. Set menu or something they called it. As I said our stay was free so we don't feel the pinch on value for money. They are understaffed for sure and the existing staff is unequipped to answer any basic questions.

Reception hall is good and average. Front staff is friendly. But service from the waiters and the people at the buffet area was very poor and they won't check what customer's needs.

Great manger they have. Delicios food but chicken masala too much spicy. Great service from the friendly staff. Clean room. My children too much smart to make mess up there. Definitely rocommend for travel to colombo. Little bit far from airport but fine..still we can bit enjoyed colombo in rainy nite 😁

I would like to thanks the staff of front office and the management for the help they have done for my whole stay I like this hotel nice hotel food is good with good staff I’m every happy to say this is well maintained hotel. When I came to the hotel they offered me a welcome it was good room is good. When I wanted to do the on line checking there was this lady who helped me a lot for me to the checking I would like to thank Ms. Madushika for the help she gave me with my work. Thank u all for this beautiful stay I had with u all I think I had a great time in this hotel with good staff. I enjoyed the all the meals it was so tasty. They do have good TV channels and the in my room the a/c was good with a nice view good swim pool and it’s very clean. Good environment and a peaceful place to stay they do have the airport drop it will be charge us $ 15 I had comfortable sleep and good rest in this hotel. I make sure will be coming back and I will be staying in the hotel again

Went in for lunch on a Sunday. Staff is not up to the regular standard of a such hotel. Had the a la crate and the food was OK, but the portion sizes are underwhelming .
For outside guests, they charge Rs 500 per adult for using the pool and frankly, it's not that worth.

There would be better places to stay near the airport than this. Terrible experience. Unclean sheets (it looked like blood), no towels in room and had to call 3 times to get some. To top it off, a staff member entered my room at 4.30am clearly thinking it was empty. Also bad TV reception (unwatchable) and internet was pay-as-you-go and expensive.

Hi booked 3 night left after 1. Where should I start. WiFi when asked had to wait 30 mins for the code. Then it did not work again in the morning asked for a new code I never received it. Rooms had overwhelming smell of paint as they are decorating the floor below which they were still doing up until 9pm drilling walls. Went out for the day when we came back or key card did not work called down From our friends room who by the way moved there room 3 times as the ac did not work the room was not as they booked double not two singles. We where waiting for the replacement keys for 20 mins to get in. when I went down to get them they had not even got them ready to give me. Then when we got in the room had not been made up as requested. The worst thing was there was still no hot water in the room from the morning complaint. The staff seem not to bother with complaints and just ignore there guest problems. Gave up and went to check out. On checking out the manger seemed to just argue with us saying are you sure you raised the problems. I mean come on man you need to change you attitude. Well went to jetwing sea hotel same price same stars 100 Times better.
