Really inefficient and the staff do not know how to speak to a customer. Really disappointed with their service.

Main post office in Rajagiriya. Inefficient service as usual. Unfortunately you have to go to collect parcels and buy other postal materials, specially stamps. Best thing is, even the service is inefficient you won’t lost your single parcels and the staff will find it to you one way or another.
Government needs a serious consideration of improving these services in the country. Limited parking inside the premises. Bit difficult to find roadsides parking too. One option is park your vehicle in Welikada Plaza and walk.response / report this review -
