My husband was there. The shop is run by 3 tamilian scammers. They didn't use a blade, the barber's fingers were nauseating, they didn't apply perfume or lotion. They tried to scam for 1000LKR and he got out with a 700LKR. This place is good only for local tamilians, no hygienic measure is taken in the entire shop.

Absolute rip-off. They wanted 3000 rupees after I had a haircut and a shave. They left long hairs all around my mouth. They rip foreigners off. Do not go here.
