The kids will love this place. Easily accessible and the station nearby makes it even more interesting for the kids to take the bridge and look for the real trains. Come back and watch the old trains in the museum. A small video is also played inside a train. My son enjoyed all the trains and he named the trains with the equivalent thomas and friends trains :) Most of the trains and even in the tea factory, the machines seems to be sponsored or brought from UK.

Visit this place if you are interested in history of Sri Lankan railway. United Kingdom has immensely contributed to Srilankan railway during colonial era. Important for UK tourists to visit this place, I believe.
