One of the worst experiences you would get. I am surprised the main city of Southern province having a theatre like this poor. Inside you will hear the annoying noise of fans. The chairs are no way near comfortable. Box tickets are available.

It is one of the two cinemas in Galle. Queens cinema has only one hall and the hall is not renovated recently. Not air-conditioned, only few fans working. It is freaking hot inside the cinema hall. So, it's not a good experience to watch films. On the other hand, you cannot expect more because the price you pay to watch a film is comparatively cheap, I guess.

Great screen and exceptional sound quality. Only flaw is the cinema is hot and stuffy in the afternoon. There is no A/C facility available.

A lot of areas needs to be improved. The hall smells bad and the restrooms have worn away. The fans are pretty loud and disturbs the viewing experience. Sounds are great and the projection is way above average. Air conditioning should be done as soon as possible.

MOSQUITOES.. though its the best film hall in Galle there are plenty if things to be improved.
if you go queens in night show wear long jeans or trousers becoz there are thousands of mosquitoes inside. Fans are not sufficient to reduce the heat inside and smelly.
clean washrooms availabale for ladies and gents. Parking space availabale inside premises but you have to pay 40/= per vehicle and 30/= for motorcycles.

Paying a Ticket Price , I still have to pay again Parking on top of that & responsible for Helmets on Mobike. Sounds Funny. Inside Shaded parking area claimed reserved for staff. on inquire one of the staff said a stupid example " buying a land won't give a house too ". Cinema & ambience + technological advancements are acceptable , but poor customer service encourage me to watch a movie at Home. EAPs top management's dedication to Sri Lankana Cinema has no clue even on their minor staff.

Worst place to watch a movie. But its the only place down in galle. Glad there are other things to do in galle , than going to the cinema. The interior is hot and humid. No AC, only a couple of ceiling fans. Not cleaned for ages with rats running around. Seats are super uncomfortable.
