Newly build shopping complex, now stand in middle of of the Nuwaraeliya city. Before this there’s a unplanned Bail Bazar shops located this place. So Urban Development Authority build this new shopping complex & locate all the Bail Bazar shop within this building. Also “Mackwood Tea Museum”, Hardware stores, UDA Nuwaraeliya Office & other shops located in here. It’s really beautiful building, build with Nuwaraeliya Architectural features as a representation of the colonial era.

Newly built shopping mall and the before road bazaar for branded cloths moved to here. There are other shops too, but mainly famous for branded cloth. Shopping complex inside is very clean and nice. Can buy new branded cloth at cheap price here. Can bargain also.
Apart from branded cloth, there are tea store and some other costume shop, bag shop,etc as I remember.
Wash room facility also available here, but have to pay small money for that.
Have a park for around 10 vehicles more or less. During the construction time, here parking was free. But now, the town council issue tickets for parking. This is very unfair, for the customers coming here for shopping also issued parking tickets. Many times I have seen the customers arguing with the ticket issuing guy, why they charge tickets for customer who come for shopping here. But still no solution by the authority for this issue. The poor guy who issue tickets having trouble all the time.response / report this review -

one thing you should not miss is getting the Nike jackets branded ones (original) for 1200 srilankan rs..and soft blankets for 600 SL Rs. in the plaza - Bale market plaza in Nuwara Eliya.. good bargain.
