  But it was very difficult to follow up on the status of the parcel as none of the offices would pick up our calls. Only after 3 hours of trying to get an update were we successful in tracking the status.

  Called them on a Thursday; didn't come on Monday even to pick up. or despite the follow-up I did on Friday where they said Saturday they do not deliver. No calll backs to update me also. On the next week, I contacted Domex instead - handed over on Friday and delivered to Galle on Saturday. (Nov 2020)
