Probably the worst construction company out there. They build Houses that last a year before they become an unlivable mess. It's very clear the people involved in their construction have a severe lack of common sense. Light fixtures are the cheapest option on Chinese bulk sellers websites, Tiles look like they've been pasted by a 12 year old child with massive patches of missing cement underneath, Doesn't know how to set the elevations to drain water correctly. We found patches of unpainted wall with only filler.
They're in the business of scamming people and it's pretty evident by looking at the reviewsresponse / report this review -

Experienced much better customer service from Prime Lands at the end of the 2022 while I’m purchasing a land block from Prime urban kottawa.
This was my second purchase with them in consecutive years and I should thankful to mr. Harsha for the continuous support from the first day to the completion of the paper work. I should specially mention that he answers the phone even after the business hours and provide all the details when ever I inquired even in holidays.
I wish you all success in upcoming years and don’t lose the trust that you already gained from the customers.

They are only trying to get money from the client without giving any support. When we ask about the land documents they postponed it several times without responding to calls and emails and cheated my reservation fee.
Think before you pay. Before you reserve a land properly check documents. If they say documentation in progress and they can provide documents within two weeks, don't believe. Because they didn't provide me the documents for 4months. They force us to pay remaining without checking the land documents.

These people are the real estate robbers, they cheat people by every end. If you want to purchase a house, all of those houses are fancy like chinese products, but if you check how they have built it, its in poor quality, only the surface appearence is really nice, but compared to material and inner building quality, the price is very high.
They have cheated me selling the land, the land was nicely covered with grass on top but when I wanted to build the house and when I tried to start with foundation only realized they have covered the partially blasted rock. So the cracks were all over, and lot of rock particles were surrounded the whole land covered with soil which they have purposely covered.
I still could not start to construct house even after five years of purchasing the land. They dragged me in to fully financially stucked situation. When I ask their help Sithara (Business Solutions Manager) and Luckpriya ( Senior QA ) tried to atleast help, but it was dragged in to months, but still I have lost more money because of their unethical behavior when selling a land.
Highly discourage you to even by a house or to be built house, I don't know why people invest money on their projects and wait for years to receive the completed house. Prime lands earn money rolling out innocent buyers money even without providing a trustworthy solution .
These people are money laundering professional robbers. Don't waste your home dream with the Primelands, because your home dream lasts your entire life.response / report this review
