  Badly managed.
Forgot to make us one of the pizzas we ordered until we reminded them. And when it finally did come , there wasnt any salt on it. I would understand if the place was crowded but we were the only customers at the time dining in. So disappointing as we are regulars at the hut.

If you are heading to Putlam from colombo this is the final place that you can have a decent meal. Limited menu than the other branches. Super friendly staff. Comfortable chairs and enough space is available inside.

İf you are in chillaw and hungry, don't look for another place. Pizza hut is the best choice, becouse chillaw is very poor part of city and you can't find good quality restaurants.

Worst experience at a pizza hut. It seems quite evident in the race to creat more outlets and network expansion pizzahut sri lanka have decided to compromise on the basiscs such as employing and training competent individuals to execute their brand promise. Once again slipshot sri lankan methods contribute to the downfall of organizations which could flourish and create positive ripple effects across the entire economic spectrum.
