I recently dined at and have mixed feelings about the experience. The food was excellent—every dish we tried was delicious and the portions were generous. Additionally, the prices were more than reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered.

However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. The ambiance didn't quite match the quality of the food, and it detracted from the overall dining experience. With a few changes to the environment, this place could easily become a top-notch spot.

Overall, the food is fantastic and great value, but I hope they work on enhancing the atmosphere to make the experience even better.

I feel really disappointed to come up with this, but it is really frustrating. I ordered vege supreme melts last month (21/03/2024) from Kesbewa outlet as a takeaway. It was perfect and hats off to the chef. Then my sister ordered the same vege supreme along with another type of melt for two melts for 1700/= deal on yesterday (14/04/2024). Really sad to say I only found one panner piece in each slice and a sprinkle of cheese. According to what my sister said, her one didn't has much taste or chicken as well. It's the same outlet as well. I've attached the images to identify the difference between fillings. Why are you disgrace your brand like this? Really disappointed. 👎🏽

Superb delicious meal and great customer service. Clean and attractive surrounding. The staff of that outlet was very friendly and kind. They gave all information about product. After that they informed and registered us for ongoing promotion.

I have give 5 star 3 years ago but today i am giving 1 star because the quality is very low recently. Today I ordered 2 pizzas 1 for kids- thanduri chicken and 1 BBq chicken. But the thunduri chicken came as thin crust pizza which children can not eat. I didn’t order thin crust because children can not eat ad we do jot prefer that. Really disappointed.

If you're in and around Piliyandala, this would be a place to have a quick meal of pizza. Located just before the hustle and bustle of the city, Pizza Hut, Piliyandala branch is a basic outlet with a few dine-in spaces. Warm atmosphere. Service gets 5 out of 10.

A friendly staff is there and their service is comparatively good. The kitchen staff is regularly changing as they informed. Some foods not have their original taste. Not very satisfied with the overall experience. Not have a spacious dining area. Parking available for 3 vehicles.

Three stars were given as there was one day with very poor service. We had to wait around 30 minutes to get our food. Other than that just another Pizza hut place.

Rating revised: Placed an order, recieved a text saying it was dispatched but took more than 20 minutes after recieving the text. Worst customer service ever!
