Extremely slow service if you decide to dine in. There's only about 2 staff working at the whole place during weekdays. Some staff members (waiters) are extremely rude and unhelpful. The air-conditioning section is only available if a large group of people come, there normal seating area is really warm. Took about 35 minutes for them to serve us the pizza. Any other pizza hut location gives it in 10-15 minutes. Terrible place , especially if you are a foreigner and come here expecting the international pizza hut quality.

Well the service is good. The only issue is parking. Since it is near the traffic lights , those who come from colombo side to Avissawelle have to turn left to industrial park side and come back. Not a very serious issue though

Parking is not that great. Only about 5 cars can park.
Service is adequately fast. The pizza quality is similar to all the other outlets. The recently introduced/renamed from Italiano, thin crust range was available from the first day of its introduction and was quite tasty.

Not much parking space like you're used to in a pizzahut. But they are doing their best so, who am I to complain. Nevertheless, staff is friendly. Deliver online orders in right pick up time. If you're living in avissawella or near surrounding area, great place to get together with friends, office budz etc.

Hmm Visited several times. They are providing good customer service. But I think that they should take necessary action to provide better quality of it. Should wait about 45 minutes to ready the order. 🤔🤔

Nice place with a little space. Customer service is not much better. Bit disappointed about the meals. The portions are becoming smaller while the prices get higher. Got to try the newly introduced pizzadilla chocolate n cream cheese one got amazed seeing the portion of it.

Unlike other Pizza Huts, this one is very poor in customer service. Takes so long time to serve the foods. Only one poor fellow at the counter had to do all the stuff. He forgot to serve us the food with cutlery. Place was not neat and tidy, was not well cleaned after the tables were vacated by previous customers.

Friendly staff, good pizzas, plenty of coke variants on offer. Would call it a value for pizza place, if one likes a thick pan pizza base. Not a place for true pizza lovers though, as the base is far from the authentic Napolitano style. Halal certified place, so no pork sausages, pepperoni, or beers on offer.
