Pink lotus has both done in and take away. Their outlet has good variety of food from snacks to complete meals. The restaurant serves mostly Asian. The food is good overall. The portions are pretty big. A small soup is big enough for three. We tried the tom yum and it was great. The rice is also good. I have tried the Thai, their special and two chicken dishes and prawns where all were tasty. You can ask the staff for recommendations. The guy who served us was super friendly and his suggestions helped us a lot in deciding what to order and how much. The orders take around 20-30 mins which is okay but could be improved. The cleanliness is average. The staff tries their best to keep the area clean but you could see a fly here and there. The price range is average. Not cheap, not expensive. One could have a good meal for less than rs. 750. My advice is to go in a group of 3+. Since their portions are great you could order few different dishes and share which will bring down the bill. Overall pink lotus is a good restaurant to go out for a meal with family or friends. Totally recommended. This is in the 2nd place of my top places to have a meal in Malabe. Silk route comes 1st and lemon grass 3rd.

Nice place to have a team outing (10-15 people). They have a good range of Thai and Indian dishes and side dishes. The prices are reasonable, but can be considered worthy for the price. We can sense that there is less MSG in food. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is at least a 20 minutes delay, and it is advised to make a reservation if possible.

Unimpressive. Grill items and Pasta wasn't available at lunch time. Not stated in menu or anywhere else. Several juices listed in menu but none available. Service was courteous but it was mostly saying that something was unavailable so a bit pointless. Thai red curry was mostly a hit of chillie with the classic Thai flavours totally outdone by the chillie. Washroom is upstairs, doesn't make sense since there is a pastry shop section and the operational part of the restaurant which are both downstairs. It's not enough to have a nice comfy interior and piped music, you need to deliver on the other key areas as well.

Very small portions of food, even smaller side dishes. Food is not up to expectations. And very highly priced !! Its just one of the most expensive places I have ever been to. Try it once and rate it please, and tell me if you don't feel cheated.

Calm & quite restaurant to take your kids & loved ones to have lunch or dinner. Very clean & food tastes great. My only suggestion is to make the kids play area but bigger & better.

Service excellent including very pleasant welcome on arrival. Food beautiful. In all a wonderful experience! Can't wait to visit again with my whole family next time we're in Sri Lanka.
