At the time of our visit, It was around 2500LKR for the boat ride up and down (up to 6 passengers). You have to purchase tickets separately to get into the pigeon island before getting into the boats from the mainland.
There are coral watching services even for the non-swimmers. But you have to pay for the guide, as well as for equipment (life jackets, goggles etc).
The beach of pigeon island is awesome. The water was clean and beautiful. There were no shops. So it is better if you bring some snacks with you. Overall a good experience even though it is coming with a price tag.response / report this review -

Friendly and very helpful. We had a great time there. We did snorkeling and they use a tube for people who can't swim.
