Worst experience of my life. Do NOT stay here.
I could go on about how terrible this place it but you can see in the other reviews that it would be all the same; dirty rooms, aggressive staff, things stolen from rooms, no working facilites, BED BUGS, and the pictures are not representative to the place at all.response / report this review -

Check in was pretty mess, very poor welcome, as they had overbooked and we had to talk n talk to get a room (of course showed the confirmation email/ poor speaking of english and sinhala was the hard part of it. ) that was not properly ready for the guests, and the guy ask for more money saying that they sell it for higher price than we booked. at the end everything went cool down - agreed with us. apart from that the location was okay at the beach.

Budget accommodation with friendly staff. Found some deficiencies in cleanliness with inadequate water supply to washrooms. Very close to pigeon island. The place just beside the posideon diving center and can enjoy a lot in the beach. Recommend for fairly extended families look for cheaper accommodation.

This is review for restaurant on the beach. We ate here twice, it was very quite both times. Nice people working, we had chicken and prawns and squid, the chicken was especially good. The barbeque sauce was delish! Seafood was about the same as everywhere else, but that same sauce made it better. Good juices.

For the price, the place was alright. It's next to the beach, a beach restaurant and a padi scuba diving place.. The rooms were nice except that the wifi wasn't working and the water heater was broken.. Nice scenary from the hotel..

Very nice place and hotel, but services are terrible, there's no water during the night, you can't use a toilet, you must ask for everything, the staff doesn't care about cleaning the rooms, food is terrible and that all for 4000 Rupies a room. Definitely don't go there! That's not a hotel, that's a big disaster

There was no water. Cleaning is very bad. Can't use toilets . There was not pool. But uploaded pool's photo . breakfast was not ready until 9am. Totally it's not a hotel for visit.

We, about 21 people stayed in this resort. We had planned to get up early at 5 and get ourselves ready for a walk. However, water in the bathroom/toilet were not coming for some of the rooms. When called for help, there were no one to help us. It was really odd for us. Also, some staff were not friendly with us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
