I wanted to make a delivery and scheduled a ride. After a while the rider calls and says that he’s in a completely different location. He asked me to cancel the ride.
Then I tried to schedule another ride. And they called this time and said that they didn’t have any bikes to send for the delivery😂
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE PICKME FLASH!

Your application is totally horrible and the funniest part is your dial menu does not have customer care representatives. majority of the drivers and customers are facing so many issues with your company. Please don't do a cheap job , if you are providing a service provide it with professionalism. Trips don't end , card payments become cash and so many issues. Pointless you promoting yourselves on media if you cannot have a solid platform and if you are unable to deliver a service properly. We don't have time to waste with your company or the poor drivers. It is terrible to here that there is no customer service agent to help in case of need. Avoid being cheap and think of providing a proper service provider. You people provide offers when there are no vehicles on the road. people are not foolish in this age to believe in your fake stuff. Better improve.

At 11:34 Yesterday I ordered using Pick me food the rider was roaming around Pitakotte, nugegoda,narahenpita and never went to pick up my order so I contacted 1331 at 12:10 am

I informed the rider was roaming around without picking my order and the hotline agent said"තව සුලු මොහොතකින් කෑම එක ඩෙලිවෙර් කරඉ" At about 12:28 AM rider contacted me and told me Pickme put the order now and when I went to the shop is closed.

So I contacted 1331 again and told the rider went to the shop is closed order was cancelled.

Why did the hotline agent provided false information? by saying "තව සුලු මොහොතකින් කෑම එක ඩෙලිවෙර් කරඉ"

Pick me agents doesn't take a responsibility and no accuracy in providing answers.

Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka (PVT) Ltd (Pick me) has provided me false information and wasted my time and all other restaurants was closed If I was informed at the time when I first called the hotline I had time to order from another platform like uber eats.

Special thanks for Pick me I had no dinner.

Today I contacted all pickme numbers I said I need to contact a higher management officer they said they don’t transfer calls. Then I said transfer call to a manager they said they don’t transfer calls.

In a private limited company, its pointless of having an administration If a customer can’t contact even just a manager.

I will never recommend pick me to anyone.

If someone asked I will explain these incidents and advice not to use pick me.
