Overall its a good place, best thing about the hotel is the GM, we met him and awesome guy, due to our work we couldn't checkout on time, he gave us free late checkout. Staff also very good

I spent 2 days in Passi Villa and we enjoyed a lot. Nice and friendly staff. Nice big swimming pool. Good breakfast made me very easy to manage my kids. They are very helpful and guided us to the places that we asked.
I highly recommend this Hotel for vacation and specially for families.
Willing to go there when I get a chance again.

This is really a nice place to relax..Everything Passi Villas offers is huge! We got a huge room, with a huge bath room with huge bath tub..and they have a huge swimming pool too

Great staff that know the true value of customer service, Everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in the restaurant where we had all our meals. Food was beyond good and great value for money.The service in this hotel was attentive and efficient. Loads of outdoor activities from boat rides to Jet skiing for the adventurous folks.. Rooms itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say that my family and I was very pleased with our stay here, and although short and sweet this time, We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.. Special thanks go out to Hotel GM Mirza Borham and his staff for making our stay at Passi villa a very memorable one..

After a few days visiting the cultural triangle, we wanted to enjoy a week on sea side and opted for Passing Villas on East coast.
And we totally enjoyed the stay !!!
First of all, the hotel is brand new, with great location, beautiful pool, and close to the beach.
The amazing staff definitely took care of us and made our stay even greater. The staff is mainly composed of young boys who are very dynamic and always eager to help.
As for food, we often opted for the buffet which was good, but not fantastic. We had quite a good variety of meals and most of them were traditional Sri Lankans cuisine with curries, rice, seafood
One of the thing we appreciated the most was the volume of our rooms, they were just huge, the bathroom was awesome with the bathtub!
If I had to point out a few points that could be improved, rooms cleaning could be better with refills for soaps, shower gels, trash bins emptied and more refined meals for the buffet.

Big hotel with a large swimmingpool. Nice rooms. Beautiful quiet beach. If you want to go to the beach walk to the public beach. The staff of this hotel is very helpful.

Beautiful hotel and clean spacious rooms. But food is tasteless. Some of the facilities are not working. For example pool showers are not working. Definitely not value for money.

Yet another buffet. The rooms and bathrooms were good. Pool was amazing. Suggest to keep more lounges at the pool. Excellent and very helpful staff.

The rooms are all fabulous!! The pool is ever so great but the food and service needs desperate improvement!! Not worth the money paid!! There is an evident lack of staff and the staff seem to dislike working here as well!! This place has hope with good buildings but its has all gone to waste!!!! Sad situation really!! In desperate need of uplifting !!

Roomnumber 205, Clean, very large, also bathroom with seperated bathtube. Seaview. Secound floor. Balcony large with two chairs. Employees friendly. Food can be better. Breakfast & Buffetdiner too cold and tastless. No sri lanka dishes. Nice swimmingpool. No facilities on the beach like sunbeds etc. Hotel good for max. 2 nights relaxing after a roundtrip.Then you want to travel further!

Mooie ruime kamers. Zwembad met enige ligbedden. De zee bij het hotel is te ondiep. Als je de zee in wilt dan moet je 10 minuten lopen.
Hotel is nog startend, het loopt allemaal niet zo soepel.
