This is a high cecurity area. But the ground area completely modified for excercising purpose. Can be relaxed too. There is a food court also, can enjoy lots of eatables, kottu, hoppers etc. Maintained by SL Army. Juice bar also available. You can reach there easily. Public transport route no 168, 174, 190 & 171. No traffic james.

Beautiful place to go for a Walk or Jog. Car Park and Food Court right next to it. So, it's very convenient place all considered.

The trip around is one kilometre. Also, there are markers every 100 metres. So, you can have an idea how far you have gone. I just finished two today. 🤗

Nice location. calm surrounding nd a good place for jogging and cycling perfect place to spend your leisure time. You can buy your food from the food court near by which is pretty much tasty.

It is a peaceful place to go for a walk. Well maintained ground not allowed to play. Excellent walking path going right around. Car park is just across the road. There is plenty of parking space and food stalls toilets are there.

Ill maintained ground with grass and wilderness growing. As a popular location in the area, the government should take better measures to get this place to proper standards

Very nice place for a stroll or jog early morning. The busy road near by could get noisy towards later in the day. All in all generally a relaxing area

Chill environment during mornings. Very suitable for early morning workouts, run or yoga. Gets very warm during day and is chill again in the evenings.

The ground is not so far from the Parliament cafe. And is also connected to the Japan friendship jogging path. That jogging path along with the Parliament ground's jogging path covers a distance of more that 3 kms.

Good place on the way to relax. Have a food court area as well but its not maintained as a luxury food court.

Great place for a run or a walk. A pity they dont let you walk on the grass though. The nearby food court offers a decent selection of food and drinks

A well maintained ground, not allow to play on the grass, however has a jogging track going right around.
Please be extra careful when crossing the road running alongside, even on the pedestrian crossing, vehicles come at crazy speeds
