  I called Park Hospital and asked to speak to one of their departments. The receptionist told me that they were busy and to call back in half an hour. I called in half an hour and he transferred the call and nobody picked up. I then called the general line again and told the receptionist that the unit was not answering. The receptionist then told me that that unit was closed today. I asked him why he had transferred the call in that case and previously even asked me to call back. He then yelled at me and cut the line. Please check your call recordings just around 12:23pm in the afternoon of 24 April 2018.

  The customer service should improve. Specially there should be better signage inside the place to direct patients.

  Medium size private hospital, less crowded. There is no enough parking spaces for visitors.

  Bad customer service/attitude from the gent at the pharmacy. Took the order of the customer who came after me and then when I asked him to take my order, he said he's off for the day.

  The Pharmacy has a wide variety of medicine but the service is not that good. Overall it is an okay place.
