This nursing home is ok for an emergency, to get time being first aid until you reach a recognized, reliable hospital. Very old building (trying to improve) Very old people, Outdated equipments, Very difficult vehicle parking etc. For consultation few famous doctors are visiting. Never think about admitting a patient for serious illnesses.

Worst service ever. Doctor was late for the appointment (1 hour and 32 minutes to be exact). Laboratory assistants were not trained (have experienced this on many occasions before). The two lab assistants inserted the needle and decided to dig around in my vein for around 3 minutes until they finally got blood, leaving me to use painkillers for the throbbing pain. Unfortunately their standards are the worst I have seen in a private hospital, but still they have plastered their quality standards all over the place. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a good service from the Hospital. I went do for a Scan and everything was great. I went to the hospital 5 times for the scan, doctors appointments and a blood test. The staff is friendly and helpful, there was a lady in front desk, she helped me to do all the things and guided me every time when i visits to the hospital.

Facility wise they are in a top place compared to the other private hospitals. They have all the top facilities and technologies in the hospital. They provide all the services which you can find in a hospital. They also have pharmacy.

Doctors cannot be booked over the phone. According to their logic, We have to physically go two times there, one to make the appontment, then to see the doc! Good place to take medications if you are jobsless and have nothing else to do. Anyway parking is available, good ultra sound scanning system is available.

Free parking. Most of the channelling doctors can be booked over the phone. Good helpdesk. Channelling time is bit crowded and may have parking issue. Lab facility is not recommended for kids because of an unpleasant incidents due to some immature lab staff, but OK for adults.

Always very busy place.
Long queue for billing.
Limited parking space.
Also prices are bit high.
Need good management because this is the only private hospital in pannipitiya area.

Used to be one of the best private hospitals around the area. People turn up because of the reputation of Dr kuruppuarachchi other than that the services are not that commendable. The prices for regular treatments are comparatively high and takes long time to get the reports of tests. Overall its not bad but not the way it used to be. They have good parking system which is quite efficient.

I don't know what make people to rate more than 2,3 stars for them.
Customer service is worst and so rude.
Floors are so crowded and dirty which make the environment to easily spread virus fevers for sure.
Once I went there and stand in-front of the doctors room for a long time.
No one entered or came from that room. So I asked someone from the staff and she said to knock the door and open it. I wait another few minutes and did as she said. Doctor was there, and no staff member available to support him or us.
No AC's on some floors. But the hospital charges the same amount as other reputed hospitals in Colombo. So I recommend Hemas which is just 2.5 Kms away from here.
Conclusion: Everything makes you feel this as an old traditional government hospital (They are not that bad now)

Don't expect high quality service and luxurious settings from this private hospital. It is not meant to give you that as it targets mid to low level income category. They do not rip you off like some of the other big name hospitals. I always visit them for small needs like ENT issues. I also did a cyst removal once it was so cheap and i got a good service. The staff has lot of room to improve. You wont find all these reputed doctors there. But unless your have a serious matter, highly recommended.

This hospital is so gloomy. The nurses look like they hate their lives. They quarrel each other regarding who should take the responsibility of a particular patient and no coordination. When I went there, I channeled a doctor and then went upstairs, to the doctors room. The nurse there told me that the doctor does not examine patients now. However they agreed to examine me because I had already paid them.

Service of the Hospital can measure from the contact number in web page itself. It doesn't work!

Better to visit only for channelling sevises. Non other than that.
