  The food tastes great and have a variety of breads, burgers and other bakery products to select from. Prices are also reasonable and the only problem is, it is a very compact place and there's not enough space to dine-in.

  Paan Paan started as a small shop at the end of Lorensz Road in Bambalapitiya. Their multi-seed bread is always a tastier option than mass-produced brown loaves elsewhere. It is so fresh and good that it can still be comfortably eaten as bread - rather than toast - after a couple of days. Their orange & poppy seed and blueberry muffins are good; they also produce batches of multi-grain, possibly bran, muffins straight from the oven which are excellent and less sweet. They have also opened up a grill section recently which caters to burger, submarine lovers.

  love the food and bread. shame that you guys have discontinued the chicken curry for takeaway orders.
  the grill station they have has one of the best customer service experiences i've had in Colombo.
  
  usually when a restaurant closes at 11; the last order is well before 10.30pm; but these guys took my orders 5 mins past eleven.

  One of my favourite place for whole grain breads. Also, love their platters. You can mix and match. Food is fresh and tasty. Remember to let them know in advance before ordering platters. Friendly staff and ready to accommodate!

  Indeed one of the best restaurants to visit.. really good food and a very accomodating staff.. most importantly even the owners, when they are around, are enthusiastic and participative in terms of getting a feedback on the quality of the food and service followed by quick remediation and response to the queries raised.. all in all a highly recommended restaurant..

  Colombo’s take on Subways and more.
  Had a veg and beef sub.
  Clean flavours in a good sized 9” roll.
  If you are close by, call in to place order for pick up as it’s seems takeout gets priority.
  They also do delivery(not tested yet)
  Staff was friendly and helpful, making recommendations to the menu selection.

  This particular outlet of Paan Paan has a Grill which is open until 10pm. (or 11pm i think ) Has paking inside for about 2 vehicles

  Their beef steak submarine is the best. It was delicious and sipcy. Price is little bit high for a 9" sub (beef - Rs. 700) compared to other popular submarine outlets. But taste better.
