This is an old Catholic church with a significant religious backstory. It has been repaired, reconstructed and renovated beautifully. It is a calm and pleasantly breezy place away from the urban area and it offers some good views of the surroundings as well.

A catholic church with a religious historical importance which was recently repaired, reconstructed and renovated beautifully. It is a clam and pleasantly breezy place away from the urban area and it offers some good views of the surroundings as well.

Such a peaceful and a beautiful Church in Manthai,dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes.According to the folklore it is said that this Church is the 1st place where Statue of Our Lady of Madu was held before it was transferred to the Kaththara Church and then to the Madhu Shrine.
