Room spacious, no air conditioning though. WiFi a little limited. Food at dinner good, less so at breakfast. Staff pleasant. Overall fine for a night.

Good facilities, service and food at fair prices at cool environment of Bandarawela. Temperature is just right. Neither AC nor heating is at all necessary, so they are not available in this hotel. I give four stars only as there is no lift. Climbed three stairs from ground and come down two stairs every time to visit restaurant.

Hotel is extremely clean and surrounded by a very nice staff, specially Nimal (F&B Manager) is very helpful and unlike other hotel managers. You are free everywhere and the staff is always willing to help you out for anything.Food is very tasty and rooms are very spacious with modern fittings. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting to Bandarawela.

We had an extreamly pleasant stay, at one time when we had a lot of rain, water leaked into our room but we were imedeatly allowed to move to an even bigger and more comfortable room.

A lovely hotel in a functional town in the heart of Sri Lankan tea country.

Our room was spacious and clean and was close to reception and the restaurant and bar. Wifi was the best we've had although you need to log in for each session.

Breakfast was good and the staff were always willing to help.

However, there's a big black mark for not having tea making facilities in each room, especially when tea is the main industry in the area!!

Cozy hotel nestled in the hill country of Sri Lanka. Cool weather. Very hospitable staff excellent chef. Easily accessible by train from Colombo with a super train tide passing through beautiful scenery.
