  I'm very happy I recently went to Vella island with Ocean Lanka. Shanaka, the owner, offers the best rates in the area, is knowledgeable, flexible, helpful and above all is an honest and genuinely good person. I definitely recommend Ocean Lanka!

  This is a good place 2 book kitetrips and diving. I was on a downwindtrip with them yesterday which was excellent. Very friendly staff!
  Today we have been diving with them. On the way to the site we ran into a whaleshark. So the boat stopped and we hurried to take the glasses and fins 2 jump into water. We were snorkling with the whaleshark for about 5 minutes as he left. We went on to the divesite then. Unfortunately i felt pain in my sinusholes on my way down and got panic then. So i stopped the dive by 8 meters and went back 2 the boat. Of course it is not their fault, but even then the owner returned me some of the money.
