  This is the first time I have visited to your store @ crescent Very difficult to get hold of anyone and even book an appointment 6.00 pm I wonder if there is anyone even working here! Very frustrating.. and I’m really disappointed with service today
  I went for a gel nail application on my hand and feet , but the girls in the outlet busy with there Own nail designs and not care about me , please check the cctv for more info .
  I have never done a nail color application from a outlet normally I have used to do from my self. This time I have visited to your shop because of tomorrow I’m going overseas . So I thought to make a change . But I never thought the people in your shop gonna be this much of disgusting . Each and every people busy with there own nail arts and only one guy was attending for a another customer , and also in the same time two girls in a one time tell me to give my hands and legs and they started to apply colors , I requested for a manicure and that girls who was there standing front of me and done the manicure while other one doing the nail color in my feet , for me it’s really uncomfortable because one is asking to don’t move my hands and other one asking to don’t move my legs , this really unproffectional and this is not they way to a treat a customer . Finally I have paid 3750 for nothing because the manicure make a really mess and my nails also not fully shape by then, (like a not train person work ), please make a quick action for these type of works . And url should pay my money back .sorry for saying these . Please refer the attached pictures as well.

  The salon was messy and the pedicure tubs were not cleaned between clients. Additionally my manicure was not well done. Cuticles were not cut all the way and finger nails were half filed so that there were hanging pieces still attached on the under side. Additionally, I had many bubbles on the tips of my gel french manicure. I felt that they were rushing us through the whole procedure. The nail technician was very nice and had a wonderful personality but the service was subpar.
