Very poor service. I would say rather horrible. I didn't have such a bad experience with a private sector company in my life. I had to go four times and all the time the hotline was giving me wrong information which was inserted to their system. Very poor communication.
The worst thing was when I wanted to talk to HR Manager at Nine hearts colour labs @ Stace road, he didn't come out to speak to me.
Finally, I warned them that would complain the consumer protection authority, if they don't deliver my photos within 2 hours. This was regarding post graduate convocation UOC. If any body looking for their service, better avoidresponse / report this review -
