The best place to print your photos and i actually love the place and the staff working there are really good working hard to feed the custormer it makes me go again to the showroom which is loacted in bambalapitiya, their work is very clean and attractive.

This is a good place to get printouts and sort of services. Customer care is very friendly and supportive. Staff here is always ready to help customers. Some space available inside. Inside is filled with works they have done.
Limited space available for parking here. No wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking available

Very good place for photo editing, printing and framing kind of work. They provide friendly and good quality service with reliable delivery times and acceptable prices. You can call and place the orders over the phone. Materials can be delivered over emails. There is a shared parking space for 2, 3 vehicles in front of the shop.

Photos are neat and quality very good editing and finishing. but I am recently dissatisfied with their service because.. they mentioned that frame size photo with frame.. and they charge for that too but they just delivered without the frame.. and they request for extra payment for the frame so disspoited at that moment any please rectify your errors Mr.9💕

One of the best photo related service centers I've come across. The best in service so far I've experienced! From getting a simple passport size photo to mega size event coverage. I've seen their quality been appreciable in all aspects!

Good for a quick identity photo and to get copies of the photos. Not as the head office branch as this being a small office. Few staff is there, but supportive. Recommended for a quick photo print or urgent personal portrait photo for requirements like ID cards.

Got my IDM convocation photos today. What a misleading service. they promoted framed photo images and sold only the printed photo. low quality print and lamination. Could have get printed on a nice frame with good color quality from Jamphoto or Seyacolor. can get a fine photo print for less than half price from this.
If 9hearts has your convocation photography rights, just get the soft copy and get it printed from somewhere else on a nice frame. even for the photo prints you can get lower price range.

Poor editing, poor service. We had to wait to pay the bill till the cashier finish her personal works. The photo has not been edited correctly. Some important parts of the subject has been removed during removing the background (s even the photo has been taken in a white background)

one of the worst place in terms of customer service. In their invoice the do not mention any delivery date. After 10 days of my order i call them many times did not get any reply. finally the ask me to wait and kept the call on hold more than 20 minutes and no reply finally i cut the call. Nine hearts management should take proper action this unacceptable in terms of service. Teach your employees about the telephone etiquette.
