New swiss gold house is a small jewellery shop in the Nittambuwa town. They provide money exchange facilities for foreign currencies. I have been here once to exchange money. Normally I do that with the exchange centers in Negombo. Comparing to those this shop doesn't give a good rate. Not recommended for money exchanging. I'm not aware about the jewelry side.
