Worst hospital in Maharagama. Very poor customer service. No air conditioning, not clean, not easily accessible for a disabled person. Overall, VERY POOR SERVICE. It's my first time and the last time coming to this place. Don't go, trust me!

I attended with a dizziness, but the nurses who attended me sent me here & there and took my weight and height even though I could not stand properly due to dizziness. Finally my Eco, ECG and Blood reports were checked and nothing found. then I was discharged without a conclusion. ITS A TIME WASTE..

Very Poor service. Take long time to consultation. I will never go for medical at anymore. Government hospitals very very good rather than Nawinna Medicare.

Came here for a stress test ECG. Doctor is 1 hour late and still didn't show up. There was a complaint phone number. I called it and asked what's going on. Immediately a nurse came in removed the complaint number. How wonderful is that? There is no one around to ask a question at least. Low standard at everything.

One of the few credible places where you can obtain a decent treatment in the Maharagama area. This is evident by the large number of people who are in the cue get the consultation done. To avoid your time being wasted, it is advisable to get an appointment number during the prior day and ask the receptionist the time slot which that number would be called. Channeling options are also available for certain famous doctors/ consultants which could eventually save a lot of time than going to Asiri and Nawaloka. Customer service is average.

Dental Care service is really good..!!

I went there for a nerve filling. Dr. (Maya Gunasekara) did it with a great care taking a considerable time. The best thing I admire most is she answered my every question regarding my oral care doubts. Most doctors don`t take our doubts seriously according to my previous experience and try to slip it off with a joke . Though the chargers are fairly high compared with private doctors own places it is understandable since they have to maintain the facilities such as equipment and well trained staff. I`m unaware of other services since I haven`t been there for them. But I would not hesitate to give five stars for the dental care service.

Do not use Dr. Maya Ganasekera even though she is a dental surgeon she is terrible at cleaning teeth. She does not do a through job and over charges her patients. I received a mediocre cleaning for Rs.4840. Total rip off!!! Do not use her.
