They have installed a new report printing machine called Health Service Kiosk at ground floor of new building near Green Cross Labs. You can simple scan the barcode in the receipt and get your report printed in less than a minute, so no more queues to collect your reports.
New building is still clean, however the staff is not matured enough to assist you most of the time. But most of them try to provide a good service. Good parking is available, secured.response / report this review -

This is a newly built car park however the access path is narrow. You have to drive up for a long time given that there is no much area in a particular floor.
There is a cafeteria with a good variety of food items. Prices are very descent. Food is fine.
The elevators are the slowest ones I have ever seen. There is a huge waiting time for elevators. There is one elevator reserved as consultants only and guarded by 2 security officers that yell people. That elevator is not practically in use most of the times. One of the Dumbest Hospital structure, Security staff act like thugs in this Hospital so much rude to its customers I don't know how people tolerating. Lifts are super slow.. Slowest lift I ever got into, Rooms are congested not enough space inside and outside for waiting even. Toilets plays big role in this hospital for patients where they will get another infection if they use. Management should look into this seriously. 1st of all remove those arrogant security staffs who r ruining ur image. Visit other hospitals and see how they are running..
