  All the staff whether it's the medical officer need to be trained to be punctual. The staff will expect everyone else to come on time & will ask you to be there exactly by 8.30 for services such as handing over medical reports but the medical officer will be reporting to duty by 9.30. So you may wait for one hour plus another few hours since you won't get any priority though you came yesterday too and waited in the queue.

  Recently went for medical, service is good but Only one for puttalam district. Many people return due to limits. Must improve
