  Google directs as its open on Saturdays but not even a single branch isn't open on satrdays (Even the KCC branch) this is a mislead!

  Bad service
  Once , bank staff , could be the branch manager,shouted at people not using atm cards for money withdrawal.( small amounts) Because it made a crowded long Q .. Most of the people were senior citizens which are not used to that sort of a technology...
  
  Recently I when to activate Online Banking and had to wait good 15 minutes to get the application.. Told me that I will receive a text within 3 days along with information.. but didnt and I called after a week and got to know that they have not feed the data and will do it within the day it self. Later I got a call that There is a signature difference that I have to visit the bank again which is not possible. The officer should hav done the signature verification on the same day ....
