Please advice your conductors who are working in Nuwaraeliya busses accept the current rules and regulations of national transport commission . Because you are using national permits to serve the people.please help to make this country and try to improve following
1.overloading the bus more than number of seats.
2.charging the full amount for all distances.
3.follow the approved song lists apart from their choice.

Extremely rude driver and his helpers. The rudest service I ever had on my bus travels. Bus arrived 30 mins late.
I asked “Why is it late?’, I got the answer .roughly like “This is what we can do, do whatever you can” in a threatening way.”
So it is not just rude, but verbal bullying as well.
Avoid this bus services at any cost. Sorry, I have never written such a bad review.
I will give “zero” stars if I can, but the system does not allow. I reluctantly gave one star.response / report this review -

Bus service is good. But ticket online ticket booking service is not working correctly. I booked seat for 4.00 am bus but conductor told me it's booked for 5.00 am bus. Really disappointed about the system.

The bus service is really awesome but the NCG app sucks!
Then i got the number from Google and tried to book two seats, the person called didn't even know there were buses from Nuwaraeliye to Colombo but he spoke very politely. Please NCG make the app useable and the staff aware of the bus routes!

I have traveled from nuwara eliya to colombo on OCT-03-2019, The bus is really comfortable with these following option 1. big seats 2. Adjustable seats 3. Usb charger 4.friendly staff 5.controllable reading lights 6. Clean seats 7. No loud music etc this is the best option to travel from Colombo to Nuwaraeliya or Nuwaraeliya to colombo.

They are the first to start Superluxury bus service on route 15 via Kurunegala. Very good service. It took only 4 hours and 15 minutes for the journey from kurunegala to Jaffna

I'm right now on an NCG Bus, first time customer. The driving is absurdly horrible. The bus is going well over the speed limit and driving in the opposite lane. We almost hit a lorry and a car head on. I called the bus conducter to ask the driver to slow down - the bus conducter literally giggled and said "you're speaking to the driver". In other words, he was speeding and talking on the phone at the same time. After that he kept calling me back to have a casual chat - again while speeding the whole time. When I called the main line no one answered. Worst customer service/discipline ever. Busses like this should not be allowed on the road.
