  The most tranquil, comfortable and friendly eco Lodge we've ever found. Right in nature, beautiful surroundings, extremely well thought out huts with plenty of amenities and tons of things to do and see locally Or just relax in a hammock listening to the birds and whiling your time away. Awesome place to disconnect and reconnect with the natural environment

  Off grid - fantastic and luxurious.very friendly staff. We were there when all the lakes were dried up but it was still a great place.

  Mud House is a lovely wild resort located in the middle of the forest. 🌴 The nearest paved road is a few kilometers away so in order to reach it you'll have to drive half an hour on a gravel road. 🚙
  It's divided into two sections: in the first one (closed with a fence) you can find the reception, the restaurant and all the facilities; in the other one there are the "rooms". 🏕 The rooms are huts located in the forest. Beds are covered (to protect from insects) but everything else is completely open. No walls, no doors or keys, just a roof and it's all set up! Except for a few lights there isn't electricity. 💡 You can charge your devices at the reception or with the provided power banks.
  You'll move through the resort with torches 🔦 at night because everything's dark and lighted only by oil lamps. There are bicycles offered in order to move during the day, and most of the excursions are by bike too. 🚴 The restaurant is small but really cured. Waiters are kind but not well prepared and the food is always abundant. 🍛
  If you're looking for a small adventure in Sri Lanka don't miss Mud House: you'll certainly come back satisfied. 🎉
