  Well, it used to be an inefficient place. Todays visit I had to change my mindset about the place. They have improved significantly. Hope they will keep up the current state and keep-on improving. Good Luck

  The ministry with worst efficiency in sri lanka.
  This makes more loss of working hours of doctors,nurses,minor staff etc. I would be most grateful if you could computerize all the data without wasting government money for these clerks

  Worst government office with very unsupportive staff. Had to travel all the way from Ratnapura because they were not bother to fax the release letter despite frequent requests.

  Worst place with hypothyroid staff. Need to travel all the way from galle just to move one file from one table to another. Sri lanka will never prosper with this kind of institutions. Shame

  27/12/2016 Tuesday this says " OPENED TODAY" I tried to call every possible contact numbers and so-called "HOT LINES":-) to fill my HRMIS application. No one answered. If there is rate less than one star ?? this place really deserves..:-) :-)

  Terrible
  Worst place on earth. They NEVER answer the phone. Have to go there and remind the clerks to do their job. Nothing gets processed unless you go and personally remind them
