  Landslide location. Managed by a pleasant Mr. Ilias. A nice local guy who worked in the Middle East and gathered some good experience

  Good quality of the rooms for the price. Was a little bit hot when we stayed there with fan, but if you have A/C is perfect. It's not in front of the beach but still really close. The staff was really nice, and they have laundry service.

  The 'budget' rooms round the back are pretty tiny, but comfortable enough. The rooms were clean and staff helpful and friendly.

  Very nice place! Stayed here for 3 nights and the owner was very helpful with everything. If you come to Arugam Bay stay here!
