At this Railway station usually stops the slow trains (Galle-Matara Train) other than the Express Trains from & to Colombo, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Vavniya, Badulla. Situated at Midigama Junction and vary close to the Colombo-Matara (Route No.2) Highway and Midigama beach. And also five steps distance between world famous Cafe Pleasure. Hired a tuk tuk, meals, surfing (Midigama left and Midigama Right), or an accommodation facilities always available around the railway station. The staff maintain its garden beautifully.
